All was very good. Lurve the place, the people and all! Lurve the breakfast also but quite sad cause I wait for their half boil egg quite long but still didn't refill. The time at that time around 830.

Good hotel, but check in took too long. Need to improve on that. Breakfast also not much choice. But still got plenty of variety. When all the guest come, hard to find seat. Loved the pool and bathtub. Also, parking hard to find. Need to park further, or inside 1B.

everything is the best but parking is very difficult. in front of the hotel is full. parking next to the hotel has to pay rm25..want to pay or not. 2 times I have stayed here, parking is really not in the hotel area. for parking I am very dissatisfied

Great hospitality by the hotel. I requested for a simple décor for our 8th anniversary and they deliver! Best thing is I think they upgraded or simply locate us in a more spacious room which is perfect for our growing toddler because she loves running around and loves bathtub! The view from the was magnificent with minimal noise at night. Food was good too. The sahur was great because they served fruits and cereals!

Hi klagan regency. Recently our department had an event there and I like to tell you that our dinner that night was delicious! With its soft blackpepper, tofu with crab is also very good. I spent the night there too, and the next morning for breakfast made me and my friends very happy. Garlic fried rice is simple but very tasty and fragrant. And all the food that you provide is delicious. As usual hotels food is so very common and tasteless, but yours is superb! I will definitely come again as long as the garlic fried rice served. :) anyway thanks again.

the bed sheet smells. no parking provided, you have to park in the mall basement, cost you around rm15-20 overnight.

The room is OK. There are only 4 parking bay provided by the hotel, first-comes-first-serve basis. You can ask for the season pass for the 1Borneo mall parking (RM60 refundable deposit) and there was no direct access from parking to hotel. So you have to walk through the mall, it is a hassle because the mall only open from 10am to 10pm. For the breakfast, the food taste is moderate but the ambiance is nice. Very disappointed with the checking out experience, receptionist claim some amenities were missing whereas they actually does not provide enough in the first place.

after booking hotel gave me 2 single bed, on special requites I wrote for 1 bed king room, upon check in hotel still provide me with 2 single bed, reason being no king room available, when I refused to stay and ask my refund, then staff told me they can provide me king room, Klagan not respect local

3 days 2 pm, room 1120, wants to go near pool 7 but not ready to clean and jk floor on level 11, overall ok, only n breakfast room does not update so much, etc. ok 😊
