I apologize for having to give a review that fits my experience. Thank God, the location is centrally located and strategic. However, I have a few complaints.
1. From check-in to check-out, the guest elevator was out of service. So, they were redirected to the employee elevator, which was very uncomfortable.
Guests had to climb the stairs to the second floor to use the employee elevator. The same goes for going down.
2. Upon entering the room, the bedsheets were still stained, so I asked for a replacement. Thankfully, they were.
3. The telephone line didn't work. If I had known that, I wouldn't have installed the telephone on the table.
4. The sink and bathroom drains weren't aligned with the drain, resulting in a lot of stagnant water.
5. The swimming pool still had a tarp hanging from it, and the water in the pool was very oily and dirty. There were also several cigarette butts.
6. The receptionist was safe, and everyone was friendly.
7. The food was worth it. It's still safe. PLEASE IMPROVE THE FACILITIES. I understand this is a legendary hotel, but if the service isn't optimal, please also provide a note on the application platform so as not to disappoint guests.
