Clean hotel rooms, fast, friendly service, complete facilities, varied food. Every time I go to Ciater Subang, I always stay here.

The room was muddy, probably because of the rain, and there was not enough hot water.

the check in and check out process is quite fast, but the checkout time is earlier than a regular hotel. staying in the camping area is quite pleasant, but access there is a bit difficult because there are minimal directions and it is far from the facilities provided. delicious breakfast with a fairly varied menu.

The room and atmosphere are comfortable. The reception staff are friendly.

Staying in a tent is quite cool and relaxing, but some of the facilities are not optimal, such as cleanliness and completeness of amenities, but the first impression is good and attractive.

We really enjoyed staying at Sari Ater, especially the friendly staff. It happened to be my son's birthday, the hotel gave me a free birthday cake according to my order via the app. Staying here includes free dinner for 2 pieces, free breakfast, access to the swimming pool and access to the hot springs. Fun.. next time we will vacation here again. Thank you Sari Ater. May you always be successful.

Access to the hotel is quite easy, the hotel staff is also very helpful. The food in the restaurant is also delicious and varied plus most meals (breakfast, dinner, welcome drink) are included in the room price. The hot springs are also as expected and routinely cleaned. What needs to be improved is probably the room and bathroom facilities, the room sink is a bit clogged and the room air conditioner is sometimes not cold. For transportation facilities (shuttles) to the dinner area, they need to be increased during peak season because the waiting time is quite long and the policy of not being allowed to bring cars to the dinner area because it causes traffic jams and access to the dinner restaurant is blocked. For the changing room facilities, the cleanliness and upgrades may need to be improved because it looks like they haven't been updated for a long time

The staff responded quickly when I asked for a change of bedsheet because it felt damp and musty. The villa is spacious and quiet, dust is normal, the villa is that big and big. Dinner is an all you can eat buffet, Sundanese specialties for 125 thousand per person, the sahur menu is quite good, but there is no bread. Cooking utensils are also available, it's better to bring your own, the Teflon coating is peeling off and the pan is rusty. Hot water pool, adults can bear it, but most children probably can't stand the heat.
