Very best pop hotel on surabaya. I've got sky scrapping floor room! Given best view of surabaya and theyre facilites are so good and completed, there are alfa express which is micro mini market inside the hotel! But there one thing I hate from pop hotel are tube bathroom. I hate this type bathroom.

Secara keseluruhan oke. Tapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan: 1. AC bocor, walaupun tidak terlalu mengganggu tapi harusnya bisa diperbaiki. 2. Seharusnya ada tanda (seperti gantungan di pintu) untuk kapan housekeeping bisa masuk membersihkan kamar. Jadi tidak perlu mengetuk pintu karena mungkin masih tidur/mandi sehingga tidak dengar ada housekeeping. Karena waktu ini pernah karena tidak dengar mengetuk pintu, dan mungkin tidak ada jawaban, jadinya housekeeping tiba-tiba masuk kamar (walalupun sudah mengetuk). 3. Receptionist untuk lebih teliti lagi karena waktu itu tiba-tiba ada yang membuka kamar, dan ternyata ada yang check in dan diberikan kartu yang sama dengan no kamar yang sama dengan saya. Padahal saya baru check out besoknya. 5. Untuk housekeeping agar lebih bersih lagi membersihkan, karena kadang bersih kadang tidak (tisu-tisu di kamar mandi belum dibuang, rambut-rambut di lantai tidak dibersihkan, pinggir-pinggir wastafel masih basah) untuk pelayanan sangat ramah dan helpful.
