Strategic hotel for watching concerts at GBK. The rooms are big

Apartment-like hotel. Very complete facilities. Very spacious room. Wifi is also smooth even though many people use it. The best is Bellezza Suites.

The atmosphere in the hotel is super comfortable. Each floor has a different lobby concept (in front of the elevator) so it's not monotonous. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff service is also cool. The downside is that there is no nearby minimarket such as Family Mart, Indomaret, or Alfamart so it's quite difficult if you want to buy snacks. Security is also quite good. The 24-hour receptionist is responsive. And the breakfast is delicious.

checkin was on time. the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet from noise. the only thing lacking was no cutlery such as plates, bowls, spoons, forks. there were only mugs in the business room cupboard. the sports facilities were quite impressive. the breakfast menu was pretty good. the parking lot was quite large and safe, both above and in the basement. next time I will definitely come here again. thank you Belezza

The breakfast menu is very minimal, otherwise it's okay overall, and access to the motorbike parking is quite far, I took the business suites and was quite satisfied with the room, maybe the breakfast could be improved.

The apartment is nice, especially the swimming pool and gym facilities are great. It's just that the motorbike parking access to the lobby is a bit far.

It's actually clean, but there are some small cockroaches in the room, the closet in the room is damp especially near the bed. Sorry for not complaining right away. The rest is great, really cool!

I stay here because my nephew take the medical operation in the Eka Hospital Permata Hijau name before Rumah Sakit Pertamedika, so we are the big family stay here because is very near from the hospital 😁 Facility is oke, parking space it's ok, and the room is very big.

The hotel room is spacious, nice and comfortable for this price, it's really good, it can be crowded. Strategic location. It's relatively cheap because the price includes breakfast. Not bad for the Permata Hijau area
