The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the check in and check out process is fast even though at first I was given the wrong room not according to the initial order but then changed to another room, there was only 1 pack of toothbrushes even though the room was for 2 people. The AC was not that cold, just cool, I stayed in room 614. Breakfast has enough choices, but what I tried was only porridge and soto and the taste was a mess, the soto was very salty and the eggs smelled a bit, the porridge was chicken but there was no chicken hat and the porridge still had undercooked rice.

This is not the first time I have stayed at the Aston Hotel, but this time there was a slight problem. Things to note:- When arriving at the room, the AC had a problem. After the technician fixed it, it took about 30 minutes more to cool the room, where the AC settings were maximized (temperature 16 °, highest fan level, Cool mode). Please hotel management pay attention to the quality of the air conditioning in each room. - Please repair or if necessary replace the card readers in each elevator, where the sensitivity has decreased a lot. It takes a lot of effort/Tap Card from each guest so that the card reader in the elevator can scan their room card.
