I stayed with my husband who happened to have work nearby. I ordered a non-smoking room and a single bed, and when we arrived there our room was prepared according to our order. Thank you Vio Hotrl It so happened that when we entered the room, there were towels and a bathroom mat, we delivered them, it didn't take long for them to be delivered to our room We stayed for 2 nights, on the second day we were there, around 10 or 11 o'clock the room service knocked on our room asking if the room would be cleaned, frankly this was the first time I was asked if the room would be cleaned, from my experience several times staying if we didn't ask for it to be cleaned, it wouldn't be cleaned. But at Vio Hotrl, without us asking, they asked. salute loh so then asked also if there is anything that needs to be replaced or added coincidentally the coffee ran out so asked for coffee personally my husband and I were satisfied staying there, comfortable even though the room was not too spacious, but for the two of us it was more than enough, there was soap shampoo, slippers towels, toothbrush toothpaste, hot water in the bathroom was stable from entering until we went home, whether it was too hot until it was cold it didn't change, not afraid of taking a cold shower oh yes there is also a dispenser provided if the water in our room runs out so we are not afraid of running out of drinking water the staff are friendly from the security guard, receptionist and room service if there is work again, I highly recommend staying again at the Vio Hotel. thank you Vio Hotel Westhoff
