Location is near the city center, easy access everywhere, breakfast is always delicious with a home-cooked taste, friendly and agile staff.

The service is very good and the food is also quite delicious.

My first experience checking in at this hotel, honestly I was surprised. I booked a single business room, because I was on business. And I was alone so I chose that room. What was surprising. The bathroom was outside the room😭😭😭. Honestly I was uncomfortable and this was the first time I booked a business class hotel room with the bathroom outside the room like a public bathroom.😢

The hotel staff is not smiling, there is a repair next to my room. The sound of the drill, the sound of the nail banging, I have complained to the receptionist but it doesn't stop, my child can't sleep. I don't want to come back here again. The superior room doesn't even have a mini fridge. My trash in front of the room was taken but the plastic in the bin was not replaced.

The AC in room 506 was not cold enough, even though it was set at 16. Breakfast included cereal and milk, but the milk was stale. Complained and replaced. The service was quite friendly, the cleanliness was great, and the hotel was family-friendly and easy to access everywhere.

The staff are very friendly, thank God, and I got a business single room on the 5th floor with an outside bathroom but it was very complete, given a toothbrush, towel and water, cold AC, a very nice room view, great wifi, TV works. The outside of the outside shower is very outside and clean. It's really cool, luv.

The food is just ordinary, the shower has little water and almost no heat, and the room smells.

Pretty good hotel in Tarakan city.

The hotel is comfortable, strategically clean, but in the executive rooms there should be a map of the evacuation route (emergency stairs) which is usually behind the room door.
