The hotel staff is friendly, check in and check out are not complicated, the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet, the environment is clean, the price is cheap but the service is 5 star.

During the Eid holiday, we are subject to high session prices, so it is quite expensive.

the staff is friendly, responsive, because at that time I asked for a change of bedsheets because there was lizard droppings, they immediately responded and replaced it just a suggestion, before anyone checks in, please recheck the condition of the room the bathroom for the closet is full of ants, but it's okay, just flush it with a price below 500, this is really good, free breakfast too, the staff are all friendly

The hotel owner was very friendly even though I brought 3 fussy little kids, but they were all very nice.

so many ants crawl in the room even in the toilet. no electric kettle in the room but we can asks for free hot water. AC remote in 108 need to be serviced. tissue's provided in the toilet only. greaaat view.. super helpful staffs. i got problem with my alarm car key and ask for a mechanic and they acted so good. the price for food are so cheap yet the taste are okay. i think it needs to be repainted. many stains on the furnitures. i hope for the better in the future

The place is cool, comfortable, feels like a private villa, the rooms are quite spacious, close to tourist attractions in Batu, the location is also quiet, the price is super affordable.

The room is very comfortable, there is hot water, the atmosphere is really beautiful, it's top notch

The hotel atmosphere is very good. But yesterday I stayed in a standard type, the room went down to the lower area, the surroundings were not neat as if it had not been swept. The pillows in the room I stayed in were worn out, not comfortable to use anymore. The blanket also looked like it had been used, because there were stains. The bathroom mat was damp as if it had not been replaced, so it was uncomfortable to step on. The hot water in the bathroom was okay, but the bathroom atmosphere was old-fashioned. No towels. For the outside atmosphere, I was very happy because it was beautiful and cool

I am very satisfied staying here Price: really worth it, standard room only 130k Location: close to the transport museum (only 10 minutes) and also close to the Jatim park area. The atmosphere is very cool and beautiful Parking: the parking area is quite large Room: clean, soft and comfortable mattress, there is a terrace with chairs Room facilities: hangers, clothesline, table/desk, get free mineral water, free good wifi, the TV is only local TV which is clear. There is no hot water kettle AC: none, only exhaust. the weather here is already very cold, we even turned off the exhaust because it was so cold. Bathroom: clean, get 2 towels, toothbrush + toothpaste and soap/shampoo. The toilet, shower and hot water shower function very well. Hot shower is really needed here because the temperature is very cold Service: the receptionist is friendly, immediately directed to the room via CCTV Other facilities: there is a cafe, but haven't tried the food/drinks. There is a free swimming pool, you can swim as much as you like. There are spots to hang out with a very beautiful/natural mountain/scenery view.

The accommodation is very worth it. The place is clean, the service is friendly, there is a swimming pool, a nice view, there is no AC but there is an exhaust fan that the wind can be adjusted in and out. Recommended, can be repeated to stay here again. For the photos, I forgot to take photos.
