I don't know how many times I've stayed here, because it's so comfortable. The ambiance is beautiful, cool, and peaceful, you can walk to the park in the morning, and the food is delicious. It's become my family's go-to hotel. 😊

For the bellboys, please be more aware of the guests, don't just stand there without helping to carry the guests' bags or suitcases. The bathroom water is stagnant and when you enter the room it smells a bit bad.. otherwise it's okay

staying here is pleasant but the bellboy staff is not very responsive, guests are only escorted to the elevator and do not help to carry guests' bags or suitcases.. please provide training first. the rest is okay..

Because it was full, we got a twin bed. Even though the note asked for a double bed. Even though we combined it, it was not comfortable to sleep. Wifi is limited to only a few devices in the room. My husband wanted to work using a laptop, so he had to disconnect the others first.

Nice room. Cold AC. All facilities can be used without any problems. The breakfast is also complete and delicious. Suitable for bringing family here. The service is also good. The swimming pool is also spacious and clean, suitable for children to swim 😚🙏

No elevator. So you have to pay for a room upgrade. Prices are expensive for hotel standards like this. Over price falls.

There is no elevator for superiors on floors 3 and 4. If you want the 1st floor, you have to upgrade your room (pay extra). It is not recommended for the elderly or children to climb the stairs to the 3rd and 4th floors. Meals are not a buffet, the reason is that there are few guests. The price is expensive for a hotel standard like this.

The room is clean, quite spacious, my family and I take 2 rooms, the rate is 500 thousand, there is a swimming pool, a gym is available but electricity is not provided for the gym equipment (it looks like a display), the water flow turns off for quite a long time in the morning, for the others it's already Good. thank you
