The AC is not cold and then leaks again, the cleanliness is lacking and please, the price and the room do not match

My first experience staying at Agria. The towels were torn, there was no soap, the thin blanket should have been like a bedcover but instead it was like a bed sheet, tea and coffee were available but there was no pot so please pay more attention to the facilities.

No slipper, No mineral water, No ammenities, No towel, and the window is leaking from outside

The hotel staff are all friendly, the service is fast, stayed for 2 days and the room was cleaned again. Only for breakfast, please improve the taste and variety. For that price, I think it's right to stay here. The environment is also close to the culinary center. Thanks

The check-in process was queued from 15:30 and only got the key at 18:30. The hotel staff was confused and discussed in front of the customer. After entering the room, it turned out there were no towels. Then while sleeping, the door was opened by someone who wanted to come in at 19:00 but it was not known who.

Ordered a queen room but was given a twin, the floor was dirty, even though I've stayed there several times but this one is dirty, the breakfast is not very varied

Stayed here for only 5 hours because of the trip from BSD to Bogor, entered at 1.30 and was given a dark hallway room when I saw the room that was given had not been cleaned and the door was open. Immediately changed it and then just said the room was still messy, ma'am. Where is your brain, it's not messy anymore, trash tissue, very dirty sheets. On the 5th floor, no drinks are provided, I don't know if this hotel feels like a guesthouse

The only minus on the TV is, there are very few channels. So if you are bored you can't watch anything. Also, you don't get soap or toothbrush. But the welcome drink is okay like in general, the AC is on but it's not cold enough in my opinion. Overall it's really okay and worth it! The male receptionist is friendly and very helpful! love it

Rotten. The hotel has no preparation for check in. Towels, soap, toothbrushes, have to be requested? Even though the check in time is late, the preparation is poor.

Look at the previous reviews, many have commented badly, in my opinion it's standard for the price. The room is still comfortable, improve the cleanliness, especially the glass, maybe it needs a new paint job to make it fresher.

Hopefully it can be better, because some facilities are damaged and no longer usable. I checked in late but the room was not ready to use 🙃

I stayed at 2 MLM for 3 days.. the TV was sometimes broken.. the food at the restaurant wasn't that good in my opinion.. I liked the very friendly front office..

The hotel facilities are very complete, but it would be useless if the cleanliness of the room is not maintained by the manager. I occupied room 608 (which is a smoking room), with a floor that was not swept and mopped, and a mattress and sheets that made me itchy, coloring my experience staying here. Maybe the manager feels that smoking rooms do not need to be kept clean? And one more thing, in the bathroom there was a razor left behind, who knows whose it belonged to. I'm fed up of staying here :(
