One of the best spots in Puncak to experience the cool air and mist that descends almost all day. Wake up in the morning and open the window to the serene mountain scenery. The parking area is spacious and secure. The food is delicious, perfect for relaxing without having to leave the hotel grounds. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel at home from check-in to check-out. The rooms and hotel grounds are clean and well-maintained, making it comfortable for families or couples looking for a break from the daily grind.

The service truly pampered me while staying at Puncak Pas Resort. All the staff at this place were very friendly and helpful, the best place in Puncak Pas. A very comfortable hotel, from the atmosphere, the surrounding views, the air is very cool, there is a lot of fog, the rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Very satisfying, and I will definitely stay at Puncak Pass Resort often.

The old hotel furnished but well maintenance, very nice jogging track, but need to improve on the bath room and pool side cleanliness, above that their staff are so friendly and helpful, recommended for family.

My wife has asked us to stay at this hotel many times because the air is cool, especially at night, so we don't need the air conditioning. Plus, the surrounding mountain views are refreshing.

cool deluxe room like a small villa but really ok

The location is great, but the breakfast lacks variety and is not like before (the food is the same every time I stay), you have to ask for tissues to eat and they are not provided on the menu table.

The hotel service & staff are the best

The place is fun, unique, the view is really nice even though there is no AC, but the natural AC is really cool, for those who want to heal, this is the right place. The area for relaxing or the garden is really spacious, only the check-in time is quite long, it can be late from the specified time.
