the room condition is quite clean but the floor needs to be cleaned regularly because it is a bit dusty, the bed sheet has a few dirty stains, the condition of the room door 2080 is not tight enough and the AC is not cold enough. Meanwhile, the hotel staff and cleanliness are friendly and the condition of the accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. the cleanliness and maintenance of the accommodation facilities need to be improved.

The room was very big, I booked it for one person so it's very spacious and clean. I love it because the room was really comfortable for remote working. Also I got a city view, good lighting for taking pictures. Thank you.

Tempatnya luas, staff ramah, seru banget buat bawa keluarga atau teman-teman buat ramean, cuma maintenance tempatnya aga kurang, lampunya banyak yang mati, ada lemari yang rusak juga belum dibenerin.

Very comfortable, 2 nights here with 2 toddlers felt more free. The room is spacious, the room and viewing room are separate (executive room), there is a mini garden next to the room, recommended for families. ☺

The AC isn't cold, cable TV can't be used on Youtube, I've complained to the staff and the staff just said 'sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't' and when I tried it, it couldn't be used at all, there weren't any towels, the staff said the towels would be delivered but until the next morning it wasn't delivered, as a result I asked for towels early in the morning, the service was really unfriendly, my friend complained and before I finished talking, the phone was immediately turned off. 👎🏻 It's a shame that even though the reviews are good, after trying to stay there it really exceeds expectations.

The rooms are nice, cool and comfortable, the hotel atmosphere is also comfortable.
