The staff is just normal, there is no expression. The expensive price is not worth what you get. The room smells musty, dirty, cobwebs everywhere. The TV doesn't have a remote, change channels manually by pressing the button on the back of the TV. There were no towels when we entered, they were given when we called. 1 active power plug, positioned below Jongkong Middle School if you want to charge your cellphone. Really really bad. Hopefully no one else experiences the same thing as me. 😪

No bath soap. No slipper avail. The drain in the bathroom sink is leaking.

Sorry, I asked for a solution so I could get a room downstairs, but the answer was. The bottom is full even though it's not really. Had to go up to the 3rd floor without an elevator even though I was an elderly person with knee problems. Minimal sockets in the room. The bed and room are quite big. CS is not friendly at all, no smile.
