Perfect, clean, and fast response

It's a good hotel. Easy to reach.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Clean room. Unfortunately, the room is not very spacious and there is no soundproofing (the room next to mine was too noisy and noisy at 11 PM, which made it difficult for me to rest). However, it is not a problem for us if we use it for a short rest like my husband and I. Because I have an event at the University (where I am studying for my doctorate). Strategic location. Right across from Ambarukmo Plaza (Amplas). There is a car park inside. So, it is safe and not exposed to rainwater.

I ordered a king bed on the app and was told the room wasn't ready, but ended up getting a twin bed. The booking fee on the app is more expensive for a king bed. If I were at another place, I'd be offered an upgrade. Here, I'd be downgraded. I tried to get into the room, but the key wouldn't work twice, so I had to keep going up and down. It was already very late at night, at 1 a.m., so it was tiring. Please improve the service.

The hotel staff is friendly, the cafe upstairs is also delicious, the coffee and also the chocolate cheese grilled banana are delicious.

As for service, the receptionist was very friendly, and check-in and check-out were very easy. However, the rooms aren't soundproof. I was startled every time I heard a chair or table being dragged.
