I ordered a king bed on the app and was told the room wasn't ready, but ended up getting a twin bed. The booking fee on the app is more expensive for a king bed. If I were at another place, I'd be offered an upgrade. Here, I'd be downgraded. I tried to get into the room, but the key wouldn't work twice, so I had to keep going up and down. It was already very late at night, at 1 a.m., so it was tiring. Please improve the service.
