The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Check in was quite fast, the towels and sheets in the room were very faded, the drain in the sink was broken and not fixed, the food variety and taste were lacking. Helped by the strategic location close to the mall and many places to eat

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is amazingly delicious. Rooms are comfortable for the price, only the shower should not use a head shower to make it easier to perform ablution.

Weekend self esteem is too expensive for the room

A strategic hotel even though it is next to a cemetery, which makes (maybe) the room windows are blurred so there is no view outside. Clean rooms, good service, quite good food. What is a little annoying is the elevator which is only 1 and its speed is very slow, making mobility a little hampered.

TV should be a smart TV, shower has no option for ablution. So it's difficult. Clothes are wet

The toilet needs to be scrubbed I think, there are yellow spots on the seat. I don't know what kind of stains, but it's really annoying. It looks dirty.

The AC is not cold. It's just wind. The room becomes stuffy.
