Hotel is worth to stay. Strategic location, near Komtar, can walk to reach that place. The room is clean, cozy but the room is pretty small, but overall the hotel is nice. The staff is friendly.

The staffs were all friendly and helpful, especially the security guard and the housekeeping staff. This is my 5th or 6th stay in this hotel. Hope next time the hotel will provide better pillows and towels. Thank you.

okay... if you want to go out and find dinner, there are plenty around... if you want to go to Komtar, it's also very close... overall okay...

Fast check in. The price is very cheap according to the room you get. The cleanliness of the room is very poor. The bathroom has a slight smell. The room is also very small.

Strategic location, clean and friendly.

The location is very strategic, close to Komtar station and many culinary areas around the hotel. Beside the hotel there is a coin laundry which is very helpful for those of us who are traveling for several days, because it is located right next to the hotel, when the laundry is done we can wait in the room. Even inside the hotel there is an iron. There are 2 elevators located in the Lobby and next to the hotel, so if we want to go out we don't have to go around. Unfortunately the room is small and a bit stuffy.

Highly recommended. It's not difficult to find food, and it's still relatively safe to go home until 11 pm, because the surrounding area is quite busy, and close to the mall and street food market.

Advantages: Location is close to Komtar, close to the Kimberley Night Street Food Center so you can walk to restaurants and minimarkets. Hotel staff service is good and security is willing to help carry things. Disadvantages: Small rooms compared to hotels with the same price, so you have to take turns if you want to walk. The AC is directly facing the body. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. Only 1 room access card is given, asking for 2 is not given even though 1 room is for 2 people.

Hands down one of the best hotels in Penang if you're looking for a place that's nearby to almost everything. Culinary spots; Yes, city center; Yes, beach; Yes, mall; Yes. All within walking distance. The staffs are nice, the room was good, the price was excellent.

The hotel is very clean, the staff service is very good, there are lots of snacks around the location, the breakfast menu is delicious and has lots of variety.

The front office is very friendly Access and transportation can be walked, easy with culinary centers and malls. However, there are many non-halal foods around the hotel. The room is a bit dusty, and enough for two people. Thank you

It is very strategically hotel to reach various place. The staff there all very friendly and helpful. Parking is concerned but yet there is few parking space provided by hotel. Overall good

I stay 3 night here, room small, and room cleaner didn't refill shampoo and toilet paper to me, the breakfast just little bit choice, less car park place, reception staff - good, the security of parking- good too

The location is very strategic. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When checking out they are also willing to let you store your luggage. Highly recommended

What's certain is that this hotel is close to the mall and there is a laundry next to it so you don't need to bring a lot of clothes.

Close to Bus Terminal, Shopping Center, many choices of delicious food. There is a lift can bring elderly people with wheelchairs.

The hotel is close to the city center, close to Komtar Mall, breakfast, finding food is easy because there are many delicious culinary options near the hotel area.
