Good place to stay outside town proper. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very quiet, great place for rest after whole day of busy activity.

Poor wifi signal. Always check your receipt they are putting some adds on that are not applicable to your purchase or orders.

Everyone is friendly and nice. But the wifi is so slow or sometimes not working, they have hot shower and mini fridge. But I had a good time and enjoy our mini vacation.

This accommodation is great but the customer service fails me. especially the one on the front desk named Lani. Not approachable to guests and rude in making conversation. Also, transport to hotel and airport vice versa is not free. even though we are already booked in their hotel, they still charge 180 pesos per head, going to airport and hotel vice versa.

This hotel is not close to town (10-15 minutes), but you can ride the tricycle (please check with the hotel concierge or front desk for the rates). Please be advised that some tricycle drivers take advantage by asking for a higher rate when you come from town. You need to remind them of the rate given by the hotel. In addition, breakfast was not included in our rate. They will offer you breakfast for an additional fee, but everything is more expensive. This hotel is for people who are balikbayans, tourists, and upper-middle-class people. Can I say, it is a four-star hotel? No, not even close, I can say upper 2 to middle three stars. On the other hand, people are very friendly. You can get a hotel that is closer to town, mediocre service, and access to restaurants for the same price or less.

It was truly a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the best part is the veranda is directly towards the pool view! :)

the rooms are big and the food is very tasty and varied. Hotel very beautiful and managed well.. but the front staff was very lacking in hospitality. which they speak English very quickly and hard to understand because of their accents. when I asked them to repeat they only answered thank you mam. very unprofessional. Need to pay the wifi while we in the room. Free wifi only in lobby, resto and bar. Swimming-pool so awesome and clean. Love it

The hotel was really good! It already has a restaurant which serves delicious and seriously big serving of food. The area and vicinity is peaceful, quite away from town but transport are readily available for a cheap price (only P30). The pool is large! Staffs are friendly too! The place is very family friendly, too!

Loved the room. However the bad side is the poor cellular connection. Also no free wifi available in the room. You have to pay for it.

The hotel was really nice. Our tour got cancelled so we had to check in early and they allowed us. The linens smelled nice. Also has good water supply. For the wifi, you have to pay 100 to connect in their wifi from your room. But they have free wifi in the lobby and bar area. We enjoyed the pool since most of the guests are out, it is not crowded. The staff are also accommodating. And they already have a tricycle waiting if ever you want to go at the town proper.

Upon checking-in the hotel desk asked us if they could offer us the barkada room instead of the deluxe room, which I declined. The room is superb. Comfortable bed, clean room and complete with other complimentary items. Downside is the weak LTE signal. Free WiFi is only available in the lobby and restaurant which is slow. A paid WiFi access can be purchased in the front desk has a better service and coverage in the hotel. Hotel is a bit far from town which is good for relaxation but a bit of a challenge if you want to go in town at night
