Comfortable and pleasant place

The room is comfortable, the bathroom is nice, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel atmosphere is nice, it is close to the city center so it is easy to go anywhere. Will staycation here again if I go to Ciamis. Recommended

Don't be fooled by the exterior of the room. It turns out that when you enter the room it is clean and comfortable. Also the bathroom is very modern. I am really satisfied. Even though I entered at 2 am because my travel was super slow. I was scared when I saw the hotel room door. It turned out that when I entered it was comfortable and there were snacks

The check in-out process was smooth, without any obstacles. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite clean, the AC was cold, the blanket was thick. Everything was okay and I will stay here again if I go to Ciamis.

Favorite hotel every time I go to Ciamis, a small hotel but the facilities and rooms are good and modern. It's rare in Ciamis to find a hotel with modern rooms and the price is also affordable. Hopefully there can be more deluxe rooms.

KM is clean, modern and fragrant. Check in room 105.

Room 105 is a good size for a deluxe room, standard is not recommended, but unfortunately the deluxe room is another room 110, the shower doesn't work, after complaining it took a long time to handle it, the swimming pool is right at the room door so you can just splash in, for breakfast it's pretty good.

Sedih sekali. Mesenin buat temen mau sidang tesis, malah dapet kamar yang beda dengan di foto. 180 derajat perbedaannya curtain, perbedaannya pelayanannya bagus. Sangat kecewa 😭.
