The facility in the application has a refrigerator, but when we got there, there was no refrigerator at all.

The bathroom is not very comfortable because it is small and there is no door separating the shower and toilet so the mat gets wet very easily, when I first checked in the bathroom also smelled unpleasant and was a bit pungent. The AC took quite a long time to cool down and couldn't get too cold even though the temperature was already stuck at 18

So far Khas Hotel is very okay for access to the city center. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom are worst ever. The drinking glasses are not clean, the room chairs are full of stains, the toilet seat is dirty and the room looks like it has not been cleaned thoroughly. The curtains are full of spider webs and dusty and the room has lots of spots. The best thing is that the hotel is next to a mosque and in front of Sate Bang Awi. I hope Khas Hotel can immediately improve the quality of the hotel's cleanliness.

The room is clean, the size is sufficient (not too small/spacious) but not very soundproof, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is standard, the swimming pool is a bit small, there is a parking area too.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, the room and its contents are clean, I recommend coming back again 🙂 It's just that the TV doesn't have Netflix yet, hopefully in the future the TV will have more channels

The place is comfortable, in the middle of the city and all the staff are friendly.

It's only good in photos. When I entered the room, it turned out to be not as beautiful as the photos. Got a dirty towel (it was clean, only there were stains from a dirty cloth, which should have been visible to the hotel staff, for some reason the towel was still used.) The walls, ceiling, had many uneven cement/compound patches (really) it was really unpleasant to look at.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and tidy.

Stayed at Khas Tegal on the way to Malang from Jakarta, the hotel location is very strategic, but the room size is too small and the cleanliness of the room, hallway can be improved. The breakfast was delicious and that was one of the plus points of staying here 👍.

Hotel of choice when visiting Tegal. All is good.
