Very comfortable, reasonably priced clean room

Rooms are ok, clean, but there is no mineral water and free coffee for guests as usual, super speed bottles must come down to borrow, not available in the room.

Convenient location, feels so comfortable

The hotel is the same picture, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The only drawback is the soundproof room is not good and the guest management is not good. After 10am there was another noisy family that bothered many others but the hotel could not manage it. Hopefully the hotel will offer reasonable policies to make people more comfortable.

The hotel is fine, near the night market, Xuan Huong lake, clean rooms, lovely staff. However, you have limited reservations without windows. Very mysterious and smelling, every time I have to open the door and turn on the fan to clear the room. Each floor has 1 room without windows.
