The staff are friendly. Arrive at 14:00, but the staff have not finished cleaning the room. Have to wait 14:35 The room is very near to Kwan Phayao, able to walk out. The room is in good condition, juicy air, strong water, attached to the bathroom, made of many small mirrors. Causing the sunlight to come in quite hot and sore eyes The rooms do not have elevators. Those who have a lot of luggage may be a bit tired because of having to walk up the stairs.

The room is spacious, clean, on the 3rd floor. There is no lift, but it's not difficult. In the morning, have breakfast with delicious food, clean. Value for money. Recommend. Recommended.

Family room is wide with huge TV and nice restroom. However, most of the TV programs are Thai, and the signal is not so stable. The hotel is located near Payao Lake where you can reach the lake in less than 1 minute. For Breakfast, they have normal Thai and American breakfast. Not recommended for those who need elevator.

Family room, large TV, large living area is considered good. The carpet is straight, the sofa is not clean. Change it. It makes the room look bad. The hotel is good location, but not suitable for children and the elderly because the stairs are narrow and steep.
