Nice staff and great location!

The location is strategic. The service is good, 3-star standard. The swimming pool and gym are quite nice and enjoyable. However, the large number of guests makes it a bit uncomfortable.

The AC isn't cold enough. You know how hot Medan is.

The hotel is great, in a strategic location, and makes you feel at home. The facilities are complete, but the only thing lacking is the food, which I found to be a bit off-putting in Medan, where hotel food can be a bit stale. The food variety is good, though, and quite complete.

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, fragrant, and fully equipped. The staff was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. The strategic location makes it easy to get around. The pool was very crowded in the morning, and there were no empty seats. The rooms weren't soundproof, and in the middle of the night, the noise from the neighboring room, from chairs being moved around, could be heard in our room, waking me up with a toddler. The food wasn't very tasty and lacked variety.

The service is good, just a bit small, the deluxe room is comfortable.

I stayed in room 619 from 2 a.m. until the morning. I heard very loud and disturbing bangs and vibrations, reportedly from the KTV located next door. I couldn't sleep anymore. So I'll reconsider staying here again.

Worst experience! The security guard was unprofessional. The view overlooked a cemetery. They asked for an additional Rp. 50,000 for breakfast for my child. So bad!

According to my parents (elderly), the breakfast was not so good, in fact the quality has decreased from the last time 🙏🏽 However, the 24-hour room service is ok 👍🏽
