The access card doesn't work, the sink tap is broken, the shower also leaks everywhere, just once.

Still not clean enough. And the towels were forgotten to be set up when checking in.

Wow, I really don't recommend it. You shouldn't work with them.

The hotel smells, even if you ask for a bath towel, it won't be given.

Always have problem with parking guy. Everytime we go out even just for dining out it seems like we are a thieves. Which parking fare will be paid when we checked out. So every time we goin somewhere need to be checked to receptionist are we leaving for check out. Different management with parking and so annoying parking guy sometimes he see our car but don’t want to open the gate until we need to begging the gate to be opened. We are tired after long day and too much with that kind of behavior

The location is quite strategic, close to the destination of work activities (official duties), close to the mall and many food vendors too, but the room is very narrow and dirty (when I entered, the sheets and pillow cases had not been changed, and there was also a leaking water tap.

This parking fee is 25 thousand, the 250 thousand deposit must be paid in cash even though there is no deposit on Traveloka. The bed cover sheet is dirty and has not been replaced. The bathroom is also not clean. The hairdryer doesn't turn on.

The room sheets were not clean as if they had not been changed, someone else had used them again, the receptionist was not friendly, it was clear that my booking had been made but she said I had not checked in yet. I only stayed at An Hotel once.

First: The towels are not clean. Second: There are a lot of insects. Third: The bathroom bidet does not work. Fourth: The air conditioner is not cold, only air. Fifth: There is no window or ventilation hole in the room.

The receptionist not friendly. The cleanliness is so bad. The curtains broken. The AC isn't cooling enough. The sanitary is bad too. The toilet cannot be flush. Bidet not working. Wifi not working. Must be improved!

Friendly Receptionist, Strategic area of course, It's just that the water on the 8th floor is quite small, and the overhead shower doesn't work. Oh yeah, you should include the 250,000 Deposit info 😭 Considering that nowadays it's very rare to withdraw cash because it's cashless payment.

What's really bad is that the hotel room has lots of nymphs (small cockroaches) and they are all nimble here and there so you don't really have a rest. And maybe it's already lodged in the safe in the room. Apart from that, the tissue is not refiled, when you ask for reffil, you are given a sheet, really pls, the hotel costs 300 thousand + 250 deposit, O*O class, maybe there is something cleaner and more prepared, but never mind.

Check in at 8pm. It's serious. Haven't slept yet because of the feeling when checking in. Just sat on the edge of the bed until my friend picked me up. It didn't happen 🥴 when I saw the review it was true, cie. Please fix it if it's not just used as a boarding house😔.

Lots of cockroaches. The air duct in the bathroom can't turn off so it creates a really bad buzzing sound.

It just so happened that this was my first time staying at this hotel and it turned out that the AC was not cold or dirty. I was told to upgrade my room so I could move to another room with cold AC. Please improve the management and service.

Many things need to be replaced, the toilet is leaking, the AC is not cold, the bed cover looks dirty, the towels are no longer suitable for use, there are many small cockroaches. If I wasn't waiting for the package, maybe I would only want to stay for a day. Hopefully the owner will pay attention to the quality of the room again.

Ok, it's comfortable, but the cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved a bit.

The sheets look like they're from the 1900s, the musty smell doesn't match the picture, first and last 😭.
