The hotel is clean, used to use services regularly But this time did not go because the covid-19 had already spread. Can not cancel or request a refund. Very sad

Considered good value, clean and spacious rooms, complete facilities, good location, opposite to Ramkhamhaeng University in front of the hotel, there is an à la carte restaurant and 7-11 if there is another business around Ramkhamhaeng. Still choose to stay here as usual

We book this hotel for BTS concert event, the location is good for people want to attend this event but there not much place to go to around this area, me and my friend booked twins bedroom, the room look clean and staff is friendly but we got several bites by bug bed. I may not comeback to this hotel again for next event. But the hotel in overal is quite good.

Their staff helped a lot for example: to get a taxi, it was easy to communicate with any staff who could speak Malay, breakfast he provided kosher food.
