Clean and comfortable place, strategic location

The staff service is very friendly, even in the elevator corridor they are politely escorted. The parking security guard is also very informative in serving until the parking lot neatly. The receptionist especially 🙂 The super aesthetic room is very much like it, sorry we made a mess because we made a sureprize in the room. It's very comfortable to stay here, it's just that there is no Netflix so rest with HP entertainment Thank you ARTOTEL :)

Location is great. Value for money.

The hotel is pretty close to many food locations so finding a place was pretty easy. The slide located at the bar was an odd addition but quite fun so a good thing for kids. The hotel rooms were very clean and if your lucky you could get a room what has a great view of Gunung Merapi in the distance best viewed during a clear morning. But I must comment on how lovely the staff were so kind and friendly that really added to the experience.

So far everything is okay.. I just felt a bit uncomfortable hearing the restaurant crew being reprimanded by the chef and it was heard by the guests. Maybe they could have been more ethical and not shouted because an open kitchen is surprising to hear.

I chose this hotel mainly because of the atmosphere at night when it is crowded, lots of typical student food, lots of places to hang out, the right choice if you don't have plans to go anywhere. Easy access, I use a well-known taxi online and get it quickly. It is also close to a laundry by the kilo.

I really liked staying here, I will stay here again if I go to Jogja, the herbal medicine is delicious, the pool is nice

This hotel is nice, clean, good service, friendly staff. It's just that there was a little problem when checking in, I booked 2 studio 25 rooms where the app said there were 3 rooms left, and I made an additional note asking for connecting rooms because I was staying with my children, when I arrived the lobby officer said that our rooms were on different floors because there was only 1 studio 25 room available on each floor, according to the officer, they had tried to call us but couldn't get my phone number. And I had a hard time contacting the app that night. Finally, rather than bothering to go up and down to watch my children. I decided to change my studio 25 room to the room next to my child's room which was cheaper and the grade was different. My suggestion is that the app provide information that there is only one room on each floor so that we who bring our family don't make the wrong booking. For the hotel itself, it's very good, I don't regret staying here.
