Book a deluxe room. The room faces the discotheque (which is still in the same area as the hotel), the music and beats are very loud at night until dawn. Complain to the receptionist and be replaced to another room with less noise but have to downgrade to a cheaper superior room type without any refund or compensation. Actually the comfort of the room is quite good but it is very unfortunate that there is a discotheque that really disturbs the hotel guests' rest time.

It was really nice staying at this hotel, all staffs are responsif to your needs, including fast fixing the faucet in my room. For breakfast not many choices you'll get, but it 's just adequate to value for money.

The room is comfortable, neat and clean, the bathroom is also comfortable and clean, the hot water is okay, the AC also works well, it's really cold, in fact we often turn it off because the weather is cold and it often rains, the breakfast is also delicious, but it's a bit too salty for my taste. The strategic location in the middle of Balikpapan city so it's easy to go anywhere, near Living Plaza, Lotte Mart, KPP, and not far from Mall Balikpapan Baru. Basically everything is okay, we originally only stayed for 1 night, so we extended it for 2 nights and added another 2 nights so a total of 5 nights. Recommended.

The worst hotel in Balikpapan I have ever stayed at. First and last time I stay here, and I will also recommend all my team never to stay at this hotel. Room cleanliness is bad, the menu and taste of breakfast are bad, what's more the service at the restaurant on the 3rd floor is very bad.
