Travloka not a good response I booked a hotel but hotel are close so then I complain no body help me.

Air conditioner not so cold, even ask for changing room also but still facing the same problem.

I was booking 2 rooms stay from 21/8 till 29/8, there were no room wifi connection. I was complaints to front office, the staff feedback unable to do anything for that. Every night is nightmare while other room close the door, maybe something wrong to the door lock.

The picture displayed at their website is misleading. In fact, the hotel is smaller than what we expected. The water heater is not functioning. Although it is a budget hotel, but it is not worth for that money. I will no go next time anymore.

They need to repair their toilet door and shower placement. The receptionist are quite friendly but the room floor are dirty.

I merely shocked since they give me a blunt and cracked painted wall room. hope they know how to serve customers the right and as advertised room.

Very clean room. The room is cleaned everyday. Although, the room is quite narrow but it's comfortable to live in. Strategic location near leisure malls and many other restaurants are within our reach. Definitely, will stay here again next time.

Everything is good except that the television channel is offline.

Toilet was not cleaned. Air conditioner was old and noisy. Time to upgrading.

The water is green. Take a bottle of water for bath.

All da ok and perfect except the shower water xde may be many people simultaneously.

From start check-in to check-out, no water for bath, all kinds of excuses are given.

I already stay here for few times but this time I'm very upset with the room because there is only 1 glass inside bathroom and the bathroom door cannot lock. Easily can open from outside. It really makes me uncomfortable.

Very noisy...in the toilet. Hear the dog bark ever time ..but the price is cheap

No tv channel. Just TV1 only. Mbell na juak. Reput lam bilit yaaa.
