Good service, clean room, a variety of breakfast. But on the day I stayed, it rained and the power went out many times. There should be a backup power supply at all times.

Staff are very cute and friendly. Rata hotel smells good, I really like this scent. In addition to the fact that my room is close to the elevator so people pass by often, the soundproofing from the beach area is good, not noisy, nice view. Will stop by again

It is the best of accommodation. Front offices the best person. Hotel staff are very good service, lovely, friendly and kindly. The hotel breakfast is very delicious. The room is very clean. The room is very neat. Afternoon tea served is the best. Hotel view is good It was a wonderful stay. We went to sporting events, were welcomed and looked after from every part of the hotel. I'll be back in bext year.

Nhân viên thân thiện, tuy nhiên nhân viên buồng phòng khi vệ sinh phòng không phủi ga giường nên khi sử dụng 2 3 ngày sẽ bị cát. Sẽ ghé lại lần sau.

Khách sạn cơ sở vật chất tốt. Tuy nhiên nhân viên chắc chỉ niềm nở với khách nước ngoài. Dọn phòng cũng phải gọi nhắc nhân viên dù đã treo bảng làm phòng. Lúc checkout phòng để khách đợi, đến khi mình hỏi mới báo dù đã xong thủ tục checkout trước đó. Với khách sạn 4 sao thì phục vụ quá tệ.

Staff friendly, room clean, location good. I wanted to check in early because of my health and they tried to prepare room for me immediately I'm very appreciate that. Breakfast on third floor so good I prefer salad and fruits especially avocados. Even when I checked out and they informed me that one of the rope was disappeared I consisted them that I didn't see it on day 2 and let them check my luggage, they accepted my answer and sent me to the grab car. I think I will plan to visit this hotel again when I fly to Danang. It's great experience.
