Everything exploded when the staff absurdly charged us RM10 from our deposit. First, when we checked in the room, we realized that there is smoking smell in the toilet. There is also disgusting brown stain on the pillow. The water is not hot enough although I turned MAX. At the midnight, the air conditioner is very noisy. Furthermore, the bedsheet started to make us itchy. However, we decided to tolerate these unpleasant condition. Not until the next morning during the check out process, the staff gave us a picture of two black dots on the bedsheet which were obviously left there for decades and claimed that they were left by us. We asked the staff the position of the black dots because we also noticed similar dots from the left corner of the bedsheet. Ironically, the staff had no idea where the black dots are and said it was pictured by the janitor? She charged us RM10 from our deposit. We argued for 5 minutes but again decided to tolerate since we are running out of time. Well, this is my first time giving a bad review for a hotel. I hope this will also be the last. 🙂.
