Very hot air conditioning and bad mattress.

The location is amazing! The only turn off is no elevator. The room is great, bottled water are refill everyday.

Everything was great – the accommodation, the price, and the convenience. This is my second time staying here. The first time, there was an issue with staff chatting in the co-working space. This time, the same problem occurred: the staff were noisy while eating together, creating a homely atmosphere. If this doesn't bother you, it's a really good place. I recommend it.

Great value for a budget hotel. Near BTS station and Airport rail link station.

Walk about 3 minutes to BTS Phaya Thai and 1 minute to 7-Eleven. Self check-in - collect your room key at front desk and no deposit are required. Nice ambient and will repeat again. But important note: No elevator/ lift.

Staff all great

We rented a 2-storey dorm room. The room was quite clean and had a balcony. Yaksa Private is located right in the center, right next to Phaya Thai train station, very convenient to move to major entertainment spots such as Siam area, ... Highly recommend everyone to stay here if you don't have too strict requirements for the room 🥰

The hotel is located near the bts phaya Thai station, about a 3-minute walk. It 's close to 7/11 for easy shopping. However, the room is quite old, and there is no elevator (if you have a heavy suitcase and are staying on the 3rd or 4th floor, it can be quite challenging). The bathroom is dark and has a smell (my room is no. C1). I think the hotel needs to be upgraded and repaired.

The check-in staff was too quiet by Bangkok hospitality standards, but the cleaning staff were very friendly. The room was clean, but on the stairs there was a smell like dead cockroaches, although it didn't affect the smell of the room. Microwaves and drinking water dispensers are not available in the public kitchen of the building where I stay. But it's nice because there is a mini refrigerator and hair dryer in the room.

The room is located in the back area, clean in the room, near BTS, reasonable room price. The downstairs going up to the floor smells of cockroaches. Everything in the room is ok.

Support check-in and check-out comfortably, friendly staff, good support, full equipment.

Sẽ tuyêth vời nếu ở tầng thấp. Vì khách sạn không có thang máy.

Khách sạn có 2 toà nhà, phòng ABC ở 1 toà còn phòng EGH, ở 1 toà khác cách khoảng 2 nhà. Mình check in giờ đêm muộn, không có nhân viên nên khi nhận khoá phòng là E, mình đã phải leo 3 tầng lầu mà vẫn chưa tìm ra phòng. Cuối cùng cũng phải gọi điện cho staff để hỏi. Có đôi lúc có mùi do đường ống nước nhà vệ sinh, cái này 1 phần do hạ tầng cơ sở chứ không phải do nhân viên không dọn dẹp sạch sẽ nên mình vẫn bỏ qua không quá khó chịu. Các bạn chỉ cần bật thông gió của wc và đóng kín cửa là ok. Mình ở phòng E, đèn phòng hơi tối, mong khách sạn có thể lắp thêm đèn. Bất tiện nhất với mình chắc là không có thang máy, cầu thang hơi nhỏ. Vác hành lý từ tầng 2 xuống đã chật vật chứ đừng nói tầng 4, tầng 5. Nếu có quay lại chắc mình sẽ liên hệ để được ở phòng tầng 2 thôi 😂 mặc dù phòng G cực ok, đệm êm, sạch sẽ, có đủ tiện nghi nhưng leo lên tít lên tầng trên mệt thật sự. Phòng thì cũng đầy đủ tiện nghi, có tủ lạnh, máy sấy, ấm đun nước.
