great...strategic location.....,

The location is quite strategic and good.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean.

The place is comfortable and very reasonably priced. It's strategically located, with numerous minimarkets nearby.

Solo trip, not for family

The staff's response was not fast enough, I had to wait more than an hour when ordering dinner.

The hotel is located very close to minimarkets, food stalls and gas stations, making it easy for guests. However, the staff looked tired and seemed preoccupied:( The room is soundproof, but I think the lights are too dim. However, the room is spacious and the bed is soft, but not the pillows. The water is smooth, but in the morning when taking a shower, the water suddenly stopped flowing and I waited about 15 minutes for the water to return to normal:( The wifi is quite smooth, the breakfast menu is delicious and there is a coffee shop in the lobby.

Lokasi strategis, pelayanan sangat ramah dan bersahabat serta fasilitas sesuai deskripsi.

Pelayanannya agak lama, setelah makan resto tidak langsung di clean up, kamarnya bagus nyaman bersih, tapi kamar yang saya daptkan acnya panas sekalii, minim kaca dikmar atau di area hotel, receptions nya tidak ramah.

Kamar gelap kurang terang, air macet macet.

Location was strategic, lot of stores and the gas station near it. Big and clean rooms. WiFi was stable. Tasteful breakfast.

I ordered 1 bed room, but when I arrived at the hotel I was given 2 beds, the room was not very clean and the window glass was not safe, I regretted ordering for 3 nights, the first impression when entering the room was not good. I will move to another hotel tomorrow. Very disappointing for me guests from other countries.

The air conditioner in the room is not cold (the remote control is broken) the phone cannot be used. The television can't change channels (the remote control is broken).

The hotel is quite comfortable, but for the price of a hotel in the same class as a 3 star hotel. It's still overpricing. AC is still not cold enough. The light in the bathroom is dim. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

Located in the middle of the city so it's easy to access everywhere, the place is also clean and comfortable.
