The staff is great. The building and room is old so there will be problems but once the staff is notified they will have the problem cleared up asap. Location is great for the area for getting around but takes a bit to get use to due to the area it’s in.

Location is number 1. Close to the Shopoing mall. And entertainment areas.

Ok location and property for the right price

Great location centralized and walking distance to SM Clark and the entertainment area.

The room was nice, but there was an over whelming smell of cigarette smoke coming from an outside area. Also, the air conditioning unit did not cool. Although the staff member offered to have maintenance to look at the air condition unit, I decide to check-out.

we liked the convenience of the property location. what we did not like was the fact that the elevator stooped working 3 days into our stay & it was not repaired & we were told that it would take a few weeks to get it repaired which is totally unrealistic. tis sort of breakdown should be repaired as a matter of urgency or give the guests some sort of compensation.
