There was prezent at the swimming pool a family of some vip of the hotel and they seemed kind of arrogant. Everything was about them.

We stayed in this beautiful location in mid-July with the new management that entered in May 2023 of the super Francesco and sister. Francesco was perhaps the best manager we have met in many years of holidays both at the seaside and in the mountains. Super helpful and always attentive to our stay! Maximum availability at 360 degrees (not always found in the managers) wonderful cuisine of meat and fish and also gluten-free!! Just ask. Quiet and peaceful place despite its proximity to the state road. Full board service with drinks, swimming pool and beach service included in our package. All relaxation and without worries. During our stay there was the only private pool party in the evening of the season which was granted before the scheduled opening of the stays and could not be cancelled. Francesco, kind as always, warned us and explained, giving us a distant and quiet room. Nothing annoying. Try it to believe it!! We will return

Day at the pool... we had a really good time... there's lots of space and lots of umbrellas... a well-stocked bar... young and smiling staff. Better to book, especially on weekends. €30 for umbrella and 2 sunbeds, the price is a little high but to get away from the crowds on the beach it is ideal.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service the owners gave us!! Always available to us who, having allergies, changed our dishes without making us miss a course!! Congratulations for the very characteristic place, the view was fantastic, it seemed to be in Tuscany on the side of the pool the hills while behind and to the side the sea!! The hotel lifeguard was very efficient and super clean!! Nice large rooms, clean and with every comfort !!!The Riccardo chalet also has an agreement with the beach 🏖 fantastic and at a good price!!! Hello from Enrico and Laura, room 106. Excellent welcome, beautiful and clean place. Room with a wonderful view of the swimming pool with all comforts. Excellent and very assorted breakfast, excellent food and efficient and kind service. The swimming pool is well kept and very clean and more beautiful in person than in the photos. Thanks to the managers and in particular to Sergio, the legendary friendly and kind lifeguard, enforcing the rules is not scolding, it's civility. Thanks to all the staff.
