Airport shuttle ID not big enough to read. Same for other shuttles. Had to go out in cold to check each one.🤔 Driver non- communicative and delivered me to locked door. Desk staff fine and friendly.

Not much to like

Property was well kept. Staff was polite and accommodating . Did not appreciate the pool not available to guests. That was disappointing.

Great hotel but parking is a nightmare. Not their fault, just a heads up.

Spacious rooms with lots of amenities, including stocked kitchen and full size refrigerator. Awesome breakfast selection. Very friendly staff.

Airport shuttle runs continuously, quick and efficient check-in, very friendly service, spacious clean room and wonderful breakfast!

Pay particular attention to shuttle van branding. Fairfield in marked predominantly on van and not so large for Home 2 Suites. Hard to see at night and missed can after waiting 1/2 hour so had to wait another 1/2 hour. When I called to get details on where to get van and times that’s information they should provide

Very good experience

Check in was easy and quick. The shower was amazing. A few upgrades are needed though. Two of our 3 dresser drawers had no handles to open them, and the pocket door for the bathroom wouldn’t open once you closed it without some major muscle strength.

out of the way and not very scenic. STAFF, ARE AMAZING! for the price and staff, I would book again.

Staff at check in and out times were absolutely rude. They did not care about services not available or working. Elevators out and did not care to help senior citizens that were trying to figure out what was going on. Was absolutely not verbal/written communication at all. People had to follow other guests actions/comments. Room had no shampoo, towels. Room was not made up or reset on the second day of stay.

The room smells bad similar to a mix of vinegar, alcohol and smoke.

Very convenient for me to visit family and friends. Jasmine was very professional in handling situations that arose. She should be commended. This goes for all customers she assisted. She made it a very pleasant stay.

Convenient for the traveler but pain in the ass to get to the hotel off the highway

The hotel was sold out on 2 Queen beda rooms and gave us a king room

Great hotel for the price. Bed is comfortable, parking is easily accessible and there’s continental breakfast. The only difficult part is finding the exit.

Very clean, quiet and everything was practically brand new. The location was easily accessible going out and coming back in. Parking was right out front, and the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff was excellent. Will stay here again.
