The staff is friendly, greeted well upon arrival. Quite comfortable but a bit quiet.

It's really worth staying here. The room is comfortable, clean, and the host is also very friendly. There is a yard and gazebo for hanging out and you can cook (no charge), you are given a room key, a house key, and a gate key. So going in and out at night is no problem. Next time I go to Surabaya, I will definitely stay here again

Ini bukan guest house, tapi kos-kosan. Relatif mahal untuk 150rb/malam karena kamar mandi ternyata di luar (kamar mandi bersama). Di aplikasi harusnya dicantumkan kalo kamar mandi luar. Parkir hanya cukup dua mobil. Pagi-pagi dibangunkan untuk mindah mobil, karena mobil yang depan mau keluar. Meskipun bisa cek in agak malam tapi harus ketok-ketok lama karena pintu masuk dikunci dari dalam.

Kamar nyaman dan bersih, toilet bersih, lingkungan juga asri, hanya saja AC (menurut kami) kurang dingin, 🤭.

Awalnya tanya apakah bisa balik ke homestay sesukanya? Karena saya ada banyak kerjaan. Jawabnya iya suka-suka nanti dikasih kunci pagar jadi bisa balik suka-suka emang bener dikasih kunci pagar. Alhasil pas saya balik jam set 1 dini hari masih bisa buka. Tapi ternyata kena prank. Karena pintu utama dikunci. Alhasil saya ketuk-ketuk ga dibuka. Sampai 30 menit lebih saya mondar mandir kebingungan. Saya digigiti nyamuk di luar. Sampai ada istri yang bukain. Sumpah kecewa berat.
