The location is still okay, you need to walk about 5-10 minutes to the food stalls, to get to Island Hospital, you need to take a Grab for about 10-15 minutes, but it's noisy every day because the room is right next to the main road.

One of the female staff when I checked in asked for a tourist tax of 12RM/night while the policy and from Traveloka showed only 2RM/night.. I thought she was trying to lie so I showed her the policy from Traveloka so that in the end she only took 2RM/night.. there was no apology or anything just a cynical face. The rest of the male staff there were all nice and friendly.

The staff is friendly and helps to give us plates and cutlery to eat food. The room was nice, and the bathroom is clean. The price is average. The location is near to pasar and another place of interest.

Overall is good. This hotel is my favorite option when I travel to Penang.

Location is really great though. But the hotel was just OK. If you OK with room without any window then it should be OK. We didn’t expect the room without any window. Also we didn’t expect to pay additional Tax? It’s included in the deposit but there was additional Tax we have to pay at the hotel and non refundable. We paid through Travel Agency App (Traveloka) it should’ve included all the Tax. But we still need to pay more when check in. It was OK we still pay but better if there was more details in information prior to our arrival😊

The room was not cleaned regularly even though Please Make Room was hung. The deposit money was not given a receipt so the check out time was complicated.

The AC at night is very hot, until I sweat. There are many small flies in the bathroom that like to land in the bathroom, they can come out when I'm sleeping and land on my face, so I can't sleep soundly.

Great hotel near to 3 malls and kimberley street. Next to bus station that provide free tide around the city. Unique elevator too.

The wall paint is torn off. Air conditioner water is dripping.

It's worth the price. No breakfast. Booked for 800+ per night. It looks like the bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets haven't been washed. There's a lot of dust in the room. The air conditioner isn't cool. I set it to 17 degrees and I still sweat. 😢

Ordered a family room type room, it turned out that the room was very spacious. But unfortunately there is no window to look out. The room is clean and okay. There is a 100rm deposit when staying there. The location is also strategic plus right next to it there is a Thai food restaurant that tastes delicious. Don't forget to try it if you stay here
