Outside Nurul G is not as expected

Because there are no plants, the first time I came it felt hot. Opening the door, the atmosphere in the house is pleasant, it looks clean in all areas. Unfortunately, some of the furniture is second-rate, refrigerator, cooking utensils, plates, glasses. But it can still be used.

Clean, comfortable, feels like at home, 👍.

Highly recommended to order again.

I paid in block C16 but was moved because there was a repair in the toilet, then I was moved to block E5 and it was very disappointing, there was no refrigerator and TV, hot water and cooking utensils. There was also no admin response when I complained.

Villa nya ngga banget. Kotor, di kasur banyak semut, banyak serangga, kursi uda sobek-sobek, kamar mandi uda pada berkarat. Lampu teras mati, dapur uda kayak air terjun kakek bodo kalo pas lagi hujan. Baru check in 18.36, jam 19.22 saya dan keluarga langsung check out. Tolong management bisa renov dikit-dikit lah biar penyewa nyaman. Fotonya ga sesuai banget sama realita. Di foto kliatan bersih, tp kenyataannya. 🤢🤢🤢

Clean. The bed linen looks like it has just been replaced. The refrigerator is noisy but still functions well. For wifi, don't rely on wifi. On the first day, you can. The second and third day it died, complaints were not responded to. For clothes drying, please replace them, they are really not suitable for use. The rest is okay. Good. Recommend it.

The villa is cheap, clean, fast service, has AC, Netflix, Vidio, strategic location, playing to Jatim Park 3 is really close, 4 minutes.

The page is dirty like it hasn't been cleaned enough, stayed 2 days there the second day the electricity went out, the report was only answered 'there might be a blackout for a while, I'll ask the team below'. Waited until check out, but there was no continuation, the response was lacking when there were complaints, the place was not clean, the refrigerator sounded noisy when it was closed + the bathroom shower was broken/leaking. Ask for help to improve the service. Moreover, until the power goes out all day, I can't charge my cellphone especially. Thank you.

The house is dirty, when you come, you get a view of the table being wiped with a dirty cloth, so it looks like it's spotting. The yellow crust bathroom has never been cleaned/brushed. The water heater is also not working. The fridge is also super dirty to yellow black. Wow super disappointing.

For the price offered, it is highly recommended. The house is clean, complete facilities, there is wifi, hot water, kitchen equipment complete with gas and furniture, a tv fridge, and the location is also strategic. Suitable for a place to stay with family, provided tools for burning too, just fine.

Cleanliness is lacking, please improve again, especially the refrigerator. WA admin is not responsive. When I wanted to check out, I returned the key, incidentally the security guard was not at the post. We confirm to the villa admin, no response, only read. There isn't a word either, it's a thx for staying. But fortunately the villa team was kind and polite when fixing the heater whose battery ran out.

The villa is quite comfortable, only equipment such as a glass fan for the room, please add.

A bit disappointed when checking in, the wait was really long because the keys were brought with the cleaners, the warm water couldn't turn on, the refrigerator was dirty, the knife wasn't actually clean but the building was not well cared for, so far I'm not satisfied here.

The building is poorly maintained, the rooms are moldy on the walls.
