While I really liked the room when I eventually got to access it and the location is lovely. The process of checking in was extremely confusing. I have so many emails and WhatsApp messages associated. They didn't reply promptly and were nor answering the emergency phone number. I walked back and forth to an office of theirs approx 10 mins from the accomodation. The pin provided did not work. The key jammed in the door. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. I just lost the will to live. Glad I survived to tell the tale.

The rooms are nice and there’s air conditioning. The rooms are nicely cleaned every morning. The only problem is the noise at night. There is live music playing outside till 1/2am in the morning, so I found it difficult to sleep peacefully at night. Other than that spending a night at this place was very good value.

The location and place itself is great. However on my arrival I was put in a 6bed dorm whereas I purchased a double room with private bathroom. I have contacted the helpline several times and no doubt the person on the phone was friendly, but it doesn't change the fact that I am at this very moment still sitting here for one hour for someone to arrive and help me with my room. Two other groups have already found their room.s and I am just wondering if I will be getting a room I asked for.

Room 2 allows sleep from 12:30 to 6:30. Single glazed and no blinds. Good value & location + clean & funky colours & bedspread. No kitchen like you used to get in hostels. Has roof terrace.

"Funky" describes this place well. Interesting vibes, hands-off staff. The room smelled quite bad, but the beds were pretty comfortable. Different rooms have different sized bathrooms, some better than others. WiFi is awful. Kitchen does not have any oil, seasonings, etc, and only half the burners on the stove work. The terrace is old and worn down, but better than nothing. Not enough common spaces. Overall this is a decent place to sleep but not a great place to cook or make friends.
