The beach was still closed during our stay. Slides were also not available. I was only informed about the beach a day before check in. Unavailability of the slides were also not mentioned. If only we have known this ahead of time, we could have chosen a different resort. The app should give updates about this as well as these details are important. After all, hotel amenities sets you apart from competition and these are the reasons why guests choose to book in your hotel. We were assigned in the 6th floor and sadly, there was no internet. We were informed already about this upon check in that internet is intermittent and it's only stable in the lobby but we did not expect that we can't play the TV since there's no wifi. We can't also use our own cellphone data since signal was bad. Tambuli should ensure to provide memorable experience to the guests, they should try to find ways to solve problems or incoming complaints. They could have at least have usbs with movies in the room since they don't have wifi so guests will not feel bored. When I told Front Desk that we want to check out since we were really disappointed, Ms. Jen, the Front Office Manager, transferred us to the 3rd floor so we can have internet and be able to watch movies in the room. She was really nice and handled our complaint well.
