It was 4 night wonderful stay at the hotel - everything was at the highest level - very attractive and comfortable room with a beautiful bathroom. non-smoking rooms. beautiful patio in the hotel with impeccable service. Delicious breakfast - very large selection, high quality products. Great pool. The service took care that I felt good and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel - great location - metro station 2 minutes from the hotel - where you can get everywhere. I recommend and thank you very much for a fantastic stay

Initially, it seemed like a good hotel, but whenever we requested a service, they found ways to charge us extra. We asked for a tour guide, and they referred us to someone who supposedly spoke our language and would explain everything. However, this guide lacked knowledge about the sites and had poor communication skills. We ended up paying him ten times more than a regular tour based on the hotel’s recommendation, which was very disappointing. We had a similar experience when requesting a taxi. The location was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful and clean, but our window didn’t close properly.

I had a fantastic stay at Empark Prime Hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, making my stay truly enjoyable!

Special thanks to Mr Gary Xu who is extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't get to stay in this hotel but we happened to have our our Didi pick-up at the hotel by mistake and Mr Gary went all out to assist us by even staying on with us until our next car has arrived. We can't thank him enough. He is truly an asset to his organisation! I guess with such an amazing person in the team, the service of the hotel shouldn't be any way unpleasant. Definitely will stay in this hotel in my next visit to Beijing!
