This place is cheap and you get what you pay for. I booked a non smoking room, and yet the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The sheets felt sticky from humidity and dirty and itchy from the smoke. The bathroom was appalling, poorly lit, and hard to maneuver in. The room felt like a prison cell, or an old school Army barracks. Location is decent, right beside the main night life drag. Great place to crash if you are on a budget and don't mind dive hotels, or are in a pinch. But I personally will never stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful and refunded the remainder of my stay. Parking is convenient.

Worth the price” I was planning to sleep in the car, but I ended up looking for a hotel in a hurry. At this time of year, there were a lot of professional baseball fans visiting the camps (myself included), and the prices at all of the camps were more than I expected for one night. Even including the parking fee, it was less than 10,000 yen. The building is quite old, and the interior decoration and ceiling height were as others have commented, but cost cutting was done in various areas (NHK could not be watched on the TV). If you can stay overnight without meals, if you can tolerate smoking, and if it's cheap, then this is the place for you.

A business hotel with a vintage feel. Climb up the brick-style stairs and the front desk is on the second floor, giving you an irresistible Showa-era feel. The rooms are old but spacious and well maintained. Negative factors include: (1) The indoor bath and sauna are open only to men and only at night. (2) The ceiling in the hallway is low. (3) NHK is not shown, so there are only two terrestrial TV stations on Civil Code. (4) The Japanese lunch box for breakfast is a bit sad. (5) The backyard is full. open. There's nothing wrong with just sleeping cheap.

The interior is old, but it's a good deal if you're just staying the night. It has good access to the downtown area and a convenience store is nearby. There is also a large public bath and sauna.
