Hotel reservation was already booked for and paid prior to check in. Upon arrival no rooms physically available. They had to find us another substandard room but does not value for price paid

The staff were good . It’s the place that could use some love . Paint. Fixing . Cleaning . Very noisy. Had to change rooms because of the conditions of the room . The hole place could use a paint brush . But the staff were great . Give them a raise ,

Floor wooden tiles are peeling off. Dirty area rug. Hallway walls are stained

AC sound was bad could sleep!

Everyone was supee nice and hotel itself was nice and clean.

Very worst, worst and Worst. I booked room through Expedia, but the Grace Cox authority booked this room for other guest and failed to provide me any room in their hotel. This is the bad experience ever. Never try to stay in Grace Cox. You may lose money, time everything.

The hotel is very modern and the staff are so courteous and friendly. We had a situation with our booking and beds choice, which was my fault but the staff were very understanding and flexible and arranged an extra bed for us with no extra charge. The rooms were so modern and comfortable and the maintenance staff were very efficient. I have travelled and stayed in many hotels and I must say that this hotel had themost delicious breakfast. The food was authentic Bamgladeshi dishes. The location is walking distance from the restaurant but the beach is 10-15min walk.
