Good hotel plenty parking. Easy pleasant checking/out. Room good . Bus stop right outside for £2 fare into Newcastle (15 mins) would definitely stay again.

All good except breakfast. Breakfast was chaotic, badly organised and not a great experience.

An exceptionally good hotel, the best i have stayed at during 25 years of travelling for work throughout the world. Immaculate throughout, very comfortable beds and the friendliest, most helpful staff you could ever hope to meet. Highly recommended to anyone travelling in the Newcastle area and i look forward to my next stay.

American Airlines/British Airways reduced my trip by one day. I booked two nights at this hotel and asked for a refund for the second night because I couldn’t stay that night. I was told it was a non-refundable reservation and basically tough luck. I think the hotel or orbitz would do the right thing and refund the second night lodging because it wasn’t my choice! It’s just good business. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because they wouldn’t give me a refund and would not recommend Orbitz because they would not either. I had no choice over this.Do the right thing!

A lovely small hotel within easy reach of A1. Had a great rate and was given a complimentary upgrade. Rooms are really chic, modern and have everything you need including great toiletries and tea making facilities. Great shower and comfy bed

Everything was amazing. The room and bathroom were clean and modern . Bed was really comfy. Breakfast time was easy going and food was amazing.

Very friendly welcome. the room was lovely , nice & spacious but rather too dark, not enough lights available. I would have preferred to have been able to open a window to get some fresh air inot the room but it was hermetically sealed, so only air con to cool the room down which I don’t like . I appreciate this is a personal choice but I think guests should be given both options. Dining is extensive & very tasty . Extremely good value & very convenient.

My husband and I stayed here on Saturday for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely modern and clean bedrooms & hotel. Great dining options downstairs with 2 bar/restaurant to choose from and even a soft play if we want to bring our little one next time!
