On our first morning, we were abruptly awakened at 6:30 AM by the intense construction noise from the neighbouring building. The vibrations were so strong, we could feel them through the wall. When we reported this to the hotel management via WhatsApp, they unfortunately ignored us. We had to seek assistance from the domestic staff to change rooms. We were offered two options, and we chose the ground floor room. However, the helpful staff member informed us that the noise would still be audible in that room. It seems they are aware of these issues but are still accepting bookings. We eventually chose another room and were thankfully undisturbed. The location is excellent, the breakfast service was good, and the domestic staff were incredibly nice and polite. Overall, it's a shame that the management didn't respond to our concerns about the noise. Otherwise, I would have given the hotel a 5-star rating.

No private carpark!! I choose this b&b just because it mentioned including a private carpark that can be reserved. BUT in fact the staff asked me to park at the public car park nearby instead and the space can not be reserved. I can find some other b&b cheaper than this without providing private parking so it just like cheating.

EXCELLENT location…mere steps from the sights, the action, the jewels of this charming, historical place. Petite sized hotel with rooms centered around an open skylight mini-courtyard, where the breakfast is served. We would all be so lucky if we had homes that were this charming. (Note: Rooms 1 & 2 are ground floor if stairs are difficult.)

I can't recommend this homely place highly enough. Such a beautiful little place. The ladies cooked us a special breakfast to order each day, complete with chocolate cake. The room had delightful little touches. Perfect location for the tourist spots in central Seville. Underground parking close by is expensive and very tight in a big car but worth it. Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I can't speak highly of this accommodation. We had a room on the ground floor (room 2) which was right on the road and very noisy, especially the horse and carts which frequently pass. The room also opens directly into the dining room which didn't at all feel private. The large mirror above the bed was annoying when trying to sit up and read, and the floor above is not insulated and is very creaky and loud. We were disrupted by normal walking and showers above. The whole bathroom was the size of a standard toilet and not at all enough room to move around and dry yourself. The basin is in the bedroom as well. The included breakfast is just a simple DIY kitchen with some pre-packaged goods, which was fine, but we feel when accommodation has "breakfast included" one expects a freshly cooked meal or a buffet. Unfortunately for the price we paid (247 euro for 2 nights) we felt it was very bad value. Perhaps we had the worst room in the place, because the photos online gave a false sense of what we were expecting. I'm giving two stars because the general location of the hotel is excellent and the service from Eva Maria was very simple and easy to check in. I'd ask for the owner to contact us and provide a discount for our poor experience please.
