Very nice location near Kuta beach

During my 5 days staying here, the hotel staff were quite responsive, the room cleaning service was very good because it was cleaned well every day, the hotel location is near the mall, there are several restaurants near the hotel and the hotel is directly opposite Kuta Beach (across the street), the rooftop view is very good, in my opinion it is highly recommended to stay at this hotel again.

First experience staying at this hotel, strategic location right in front of the beach, close to Beachwalk Shopping Center, comfortable and clean rooms, very good service, breakfast is also delicious, a little suggestion is expected for the parking lot to be more clean but otherwise this hotel is highly recommended.

Everything is good in my opinion. But for the price of 1.7 only get a drink in the room is very unfortunate at most give some snacks / something but overall if I go to Bali I will come here again.

The hotel is nice, plus the view from the rooftop is really cool, directly to Kuta Beach, you can enjoy the sunset while having a nice coffee or working. The service is good, fast response and very friendly. The hotel is close to everywhere, minimarket, ATM, beachwalk, just a step to the beach. The cafe is available 24 hours. So if you are bored in the room and want to have a nice coffee, you can go straight down or to the rooftop. Greetings to Bli who took us to room 510 on December 3rd ;)

The staff was not friendly very cold or we can say snob, but some of them housekeeping and spa the lady at rooftop (sosial klub) for breakfast was friendly.

We stayed here for 5 nights and were super happy. The food was delicious. Although the breakfast was a la carte, it was all delicious. Oh yeah, try Mamaka's protein shake. It's really delicious. Here you can still eat healthy food, they provide whey protein, chia seeds, oats, and others. The staff is also quick to respond if we need anything. Laundry and soap are all prepared. You can also choose the activity. The best.

It really helped me because I also brought a cat, the staff were quick to help and friendly.

The staffs were friendly and attentive, should give more attention to delivery goods from outside hotels though since need quite some time to found my deliveries which has been kept by reception. Room was clean, cozy and colorful. Breakfast was fulfilling and tasty. Will recommend to others for hotel in Kuta/Legian area.

Ah, I didn't choose the wrong hotel. Directly in front of the beach. Right on the rooftop. The view is also really good. Get a free welcome drink. The service is also okay. Breakfast is not ayce. But like a la carte. 1 breakfast meal, 1 tea or coffee, 1 juice and fruit too.

Strategic location, very friendly staff, for breakfast choose 1 food menu and 1 drink menu, you can get fruit and muffins so it's not a buffet. There is also a place to wash clothes (free), in the lobby there is a salon so you can get a blowjob massage and a pedi massage

I have the issue upon check in, however the front office manager Astrid manage to resolve the issue. Overall I have great stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful in the check in and check out process. The strategic location of the hotel is close to Kuta beach, beachwalk, and the center of the crowd. The rooftop view facing the beach also has live music or DJ at the rooftop restaurant or bar in the lobby. The plus point is that this hotel provides a self-service washing machine so we don't take dirty clothes home. The lack of a dividing position between the shower and the sink, there is no partition so that when taking a shower the water spreads to the side

Very satisfied staying at this villa, the staff, Bli Wayan Adi Susila, is very kind, friendly, following all our wishes. Overall, it's the best staying at this villa.

Tried booking a room and always fully booked since the first time I arrived and got it on the last day,, But, that day is my birthday was really disappointed that I don't get any word even cake that time even im notice on my booked already .. for the food on the rooftop there is no rice, mediterranean style which maybe doesn't suit the Indonesian tongue but to get a beautiful sunrise it's still worth it .. For breakfast we were also given a menu that was all in English until I got a headache reading it even though the friendly staff helped us but how come we asked the meaning of all the menus .. Overall, I really wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time and all will be perfect if I get my birthday cake 😊

Everything is good until you know you don't have privacy in this hotel, the staff will enter your room at least twice a day with the reason for cleaning and stuff. They go to my room at 8 pm and see me sleep naked. And they don't even bother apologize. Even the lobby staff only say that 's ours daily basis and don't even apologize, worst hotel experience ever. I didn't even feel safe in my own room.
