Hello Novotel...today I was very disappointed, sahur with a mediocre menu, incomplete even though it should be the same as breakfast. At 02.45 the restaurant lights were not on yet, the buffet was not ready...only saved by the delicious Coto Makassar but the meat was not tender. Please give your attention to this, as a customer who has been back and forth for staycations here, I know very well that today's buffet is not in the class of a 4-star Novotel. Thanks

Staff friendly, good location and very nice hotel

The food doesn't have much variety and the chicken is cold so it's hard

Got a smoking room so it was less comfortable. During breakfast, the car community dominated and ended up having breakfast near the lobby door.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the service is very good, the food menu is delicious.

We booked 3 Superior Rooms and one of them had AC problem. Alhamdulillah, Mr. Mashuri, The On Duty Manager had our rooms upgraded to Suites. A very nice gesture indeed! Suites rooms were remarkably spacious with kitchen, big fridge and water Di spenser. Our family reunion became more meaningful! Breakfast was great, it was my 3rd visit - I knew the food quality and after all, it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for family reunion event. All the best, keep up the good work. The Suites are remarkably spacious with kitchen, big fridge and water dispenser. Our family reunion became more meaningful. It was our 3rd visit, so I knew already the breakfast quality, after all. Food is one of the reasons I chose Novotel Samator Surabaya. Additional pax for breakfast was also cheap as well. All the best for Novotel Samator staff, keep up the good work.
