This is my return to stay at B2 after using Hop Inn for a long time. From now on, I will return to Hop Inn permanently. Policy: Children over 7 years old must book another room. No extra bed is provided. My mother came with her 11-year-old daughter and 11-year-old niece, 3 people in total. The staff did not have any suggestions or solutions to help solve the problem for the customers. I asked if they would charge half price for the children or any other suggestions. They had to sleep together. How could small children have separate rooms?
No. Most customers would agree to book another room and come down to sleep in the same room. Why!!!
Then how could a small child like this sleep alone? The front desk staff replied that the customer must manage this themselves.
Huh? If they answered that they would like to call the manager for a moment, it would be better than arguing with the customer. There is only one solution, which is to book another room.
To be honest, this hotel is so big. Please improve your customer service a little bit.
In terms of service, giving advice to customers, the service mind is not as good as Hop Inn.
P.S. In the end, another staff member called the manager to end the matter. The customer was satisfied. But what was not satisfied was why they were arguing with the customer instead of finding a solution from the beginning.
