Sejelek-Sejeleknya kos-kosan saja kamar mandi dalam loh. Lah ini kamar mandi ada di luar, sumpah ini selevel homstay paling ngaco yang pernah saya temui. Kacau.

Cocok buat solo trip/backpackeran sendiri, kurang cocok kalo bawa keluarga/pasangan, Lokasi strategis dekat cafe Maktam tinggal jalan kalo pengen ngopi/ngemil-ngemil, View nya bagus, kamar nyaman, bisa tiduran sambil liat gunung wilis sambil menikmati hujan, lokasinya bikin syahdu tidak berisik, AC super dingin, Air Bersih, Kamar bersih, harga segitu masih wajar kalo ada beberapa kekurangan di kebersihan kamar mandinya, kebersihannya dan perabotannya kurang di maintain, sukur-sukur ke depannya bisa diperbaiki/di perbarui lagi.
