It's a bit complicated to get down to the sky, plus it's not soundproof. Be careful if you turn on the music, it'll be difficult to debate with the people below. A little bit is enough, like a boarding house.

The hotel staff was very unfriendly, I was reminded 3 times after checking out in front of people as if I was being humiliated, even though I had already checked out. I checked out after 12 o'clock, only 15 minutes past, many others still hadn't left, it was less than 1 o'clock when they came out and they weren't reprimanded, why was I the only one being reprimanded? I paid here, I have been a long-time Bobopod customer, I have been staying almost every week for 2 years, this is the first time I have been treated like that, it's not like that at other Bobopods.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, the hotel is clean, the bathroom and toilet are shared but very clean and fragrant. The only downside is the fellow guests, the person below my room was still noisy even though it was quiet hours 🥲 but luckily he went out at 11 pm so he didn't disturb my sleep

First time staying at bobobox bekasi because I wanted to play vacation there, given a positive atmosphere, starting from all the staff who are friendly, kind, informative.
