The hotel is located right next to Grand Indonesia, and the view from the room is towards West Mall.

The bed was broken so it made a sound, the shower was broken so we tied it up using plastic,

The staff is friendly and can leave your luggage after checking out, it is very helpful. The room is quite spacious and clean, the toilet and bathroom are also clean. Access to GI and PI malls is quite close, just walk.

The location is very strategic, the parking lot is very narrow, not connected to Traveloka so you have to confirm again, the receptionist is a bit slow to serve, the security guard is very cooperative in serving the guests who come, the room floor is not clean enough, it is still sticky, at night there are calls coming into the room and sounds from outside can be heard 🙏🙏 Hopefully it will be better in the future
